I'm Drew Cotten. I make this.

I built Simply Search because I wanted one searchable list of the files on my Mac, external drives, and network folders. I kept losing time looking for files in Finder, so I made a tool for the way I search.

How I work on it

I use the app every day on my own Mac and make regular fixes and improvements. You can follow the changes in the changelog.
